The Project
One Ocean Drive Realty wanted to break into the real estate business in Palm Beach County. They needed a website that would display MLS listings in a graphically pleasing way. Most real estate websites are very cluttered and One Ocean didn't want that. They also wanted a tool where any agent could print out an individual home listing right from their website and give to a potential buyer.
The Challenge
Because they were new to the full scale real estate market, we needed something created quickly so they could launch out and sell homes.
The Results
We had them up and running within a short time and their website looked refreshing and bright. The lead management system that Exceleron built helped them distribute leads easily and quickly. The dashboard is user friendly and our tool quickly alerts them about leads, since real estate is all about getting back to the client in a timely manner.
